Pursuant to the policies and procedures established by our clients, and the agreements between Event Creek and those clients, Event Creek is prohibited from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased; regardless of whether that ticket has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed.

10. Cancelled Events / Changes to an Event

When an event cancellation occurs, Event Creek makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price. Handling fees will not be refunded. Events scheduled for outdoor venues are sold "rain or shine" and there will be no refunds issued for rain cancelled shows. If an event is cancelled, please Contact Us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue, promoter, team, band or artist may set refund limitations. Event, date and time are subject to change and are not grounds for refunds or exchanges. Event Creek, when notified of such changes, will make every effort to notify ticket buyers via email.
